These Working Together Terms explain the general terms for using this website, booking clarity calls, attending events, and working with Perfectly Imperfect Me Coaching Ltd.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is a reflective, supportive and forward-looking process.

It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice or crisis support.

If you need mental health, medical, legal or financial support, you should contact an appropriately qualified professional.

Free clarity calls

A free clarity call is an opportunity to explore where you are, what you may be looking for, and whether coaching feels aligned.

A clarity call does not guarantee that we will work together. If I feel another form of support would be more appropriate, I may suggest that.

Coaching sessions and payment

Paid coaching sessions, packages and journeys must be agreed before work begins.

Payment terms will be shared before any paid coaching programme starts.

Your place or booking may only be confirmed once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please give as much notice as possible.

Where possible, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions or very late cancellations may still be charged, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Refunds and cooling-off period

If you buy a coaching service online, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK distance selling rules. GOV.UK explains that customers should be told about cancellation rights for online and distance sales.

If you ask for coaching to begin within the 14-day cooling-off period, you may be asked to confirm that you are happy for the service to start.

If coaching has already started, any refund may be reduced to reflect the work already delivered.

If a service has been fully delivered, the right to cancel may no longer apply.

Full cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed before any paid coaching programme begins.

Events and workshops

Event places may be limited and are usually confirmed once booking or payment has been completed.

If an event needs to be postponed or cancelled by Perfectly Imperfect Me Coaching Ltd, you will be offered a new date or refund where appropriate.

Event-specific terms may vary and will be shared at the time of booking.

Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are treated with care and confidentiality.

However, confidentiality may need to be broken if there is a serious concern about harm, safeguarding, legal obligations, or if disclosure is required by law.
