About Lourdes
For many years, I lived through many roles; corporate professional, teacher, wife, mother, fundraiser, volunteer and advocate.
Originally from Málaga, Spain, I’ve lived and worked across Spain, the United States, Germany and the UK, and speak Spanish, English and German fluently.
My career began in finance, working in London for companies including GSAM (Goldman Sachs Asset Management). During that time, I led teams, built relationships across Europe, and founded and chaired an internal people-focused initiative within GSAM, creating spaces for connection, culture and community across different levels of the organisation.
A journey shaped by people, service and connection
But life has a way of reshaping us.
After becoming a mother, and especially through raising my eldest daughter with additional needs, my path shifted. What began as personal change became a deep immersion into the world of SEND: Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, emotional resilience, and the realities many SEND families quietly carry.
That journey eventually led me away from the corporate world and into teaching, working closely with children, supporting SEND families, and later founding my own children’s Spanish school.
Alongside this, service has always been part of who I am. I’ve organised and supported fundraising for Hospice in the Weald, Macmillan Cancer Support and Valence School, where I actively volunteer and support their charity work.
At the heart of everything I do is connection.
Whether through coaching, teaching, fundraising, community-building, or simply holding space for someone to pause and feel heard, the thread has always been the same:
Helping people reconnect with themselves, trust their inner wisdom, and move forward with greater clarity.
Today, as an Identity & Clarity Coach, I bring all of that lived experience into the work I do.
My approach is calm, compassionate, practical and deeply human.
Reflections & Real Conversations
Alongside coaching, I enjoy writing reflections on identity, self-trust, presence, and the quiet moments where change often begins.
They come from curiosity, lived experience, and my own ongoing practice of noticing what life is showing me, gently layering meaning, perspective, and awareness over time.
I don’t write them as answers, but as invitations to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what feels true.
“Lourdes creates a safe, warm and completely non-judgemental space where you feel able to think openly and honestly.” — Gillian
